A physical Guarding service is based on the support and communications between internal – officers, site and operations managers – and external – you, the client.
Our well trained Security Guards help to maintain and create "Feel Secure" environment for the management and employees by their manners and etiquettes, round the clock surveillance on the perimeter and internal assets, information sharing and communication skills.
We, at Milan Security, first learn and understand the exact requirement of the client before providing Security Services.
Security Survey
On understanding the requirement, we undertake a security survey of the premises and offer our recommendations to client.
Recruitment and Training
We impart specialized training to the selected personnel at our Security Training Schools. Assessment of all the security personnel through a written and aptitude test is conducted on completion of the training program.
Deployment
On successful completion of the specialized training, we deploy these personnel to undergo seven days practical training. We also impart Refresher Training Capsules at regular intervals.
Validation Process
A performance Operational Audit is conducted on completion of One-month deployment. The observations made during the Operational audit are shared with the client and required changes are made as per the requirement.
Customer Care
During the course of the contract, our Corporate Customer Care cell contacts the client on regular basis to obtain feedback on services rendered to consistently improve the quality of the services.
Milan Security have been providing Security Services since 2001 in New Delhi and today provide it in 10 north and central Indian states. Over the years, we have nearly perfected the process of recruiting, training and managing this segment of relatively not so skilled manpower at reasonable cost.
We train our security guards for 6 days. Our training rooms are equipped with state of art security and training equipment e.g. metal detectors, fire extinguishers, and LCD projectors. Our training has been converted into power point format and is delivered through LCD projector. Each and every security guard has to pass a certification exam end of the training
Continuous knowledge updating of security guard is done through monthly newsletter given to each and every security guard every month.
We have our own vehicles extensively used for day and night checks.
Regular monthly feedback is taken from every client for each security guard and based on this feedback every security guard is given an incentive each month.
There are two dedicated night checking teams besides field officers and managers who conduct checks every night. Your post will likely be checked at least 4 times every week at night.
Monthly audits are done for all areas / routes by a team reporting directly to director and based on the audit performance incentives are given to field / route officers and managers. The team, audits turn out and maintenance of post registers.
Post duty manuals are made for each and every post. They capture requirements specific to your post e.g. timings for switching on the pump. This helps when guards are replaced due to any reason
